As I walked down the ramp onto the ferry this morning after my flight lesson, I looked out the window and noticed two airplanes in the circuit, one just climbing out from rwy 08, the other turning from crosswind to downwind. In the foreground, a seagull soared past the terminal buildings, blissfully unaware of the strange beauty its juxtaposition created in this reflective aviation scene. The autumn sun shone brightly overhead, its gift to us one more clear, sunny day for fall flying, before the cold descends on CYTZ.

It was so fun to make this website, having flown there only a few weeks ago... miss my summer flying in PEI already, and can't wait to get back there next July/August!!! |
Welcome to Vera's Flight Brain...Here I will attempt -- hopefully not in vain -- to share my connections to previous knowledge. Or I might share a few random thoughts loosely connected to flying, too, as well as any useful resources I may stumble across in my studies.
